December 9, 2015 the delegation of journalists from Lithuanian media arrived in Dnipropetrovsk on a working visit. The delegation consisted of: Alvida Bayarunayte (Lithuanian national radio) Hedre Yankauskayte (magazine "The State"), Lihita Yuodvalkene (newspaper "Visti Ukmyarges") and Daina Chihinskene (newspaper "Alitus"), who are designed to obtain the rigorous view of what Lithuania has made in the Lithuanian-Ukrainian cooperation development.
Since the very morning there was a meeting with Vitaliy Pivnyak, Honorary Consul of the Republic of Lithuania in Dnipropetrovsk, during which general description of the main activities of the consulate and the advances of its work in 2015 were provided.

With the support of Vitaliy Pivnyak, the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Lithuania in Dnipropetrovsk foreign journalists met with the leadership of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration, where they have had an opportunity to access to modern principles of regional policy, especially the functioning of the regional authorities and the conditions of economic and political life of the region.

During the visit, the delegation visited Mechnikov Dnipropetrovsk regional hospital, where leadership headed by Serhiy Ryzhenko, chief doctor of the hospital, presented a unique opportunity to get acquainted with the functioning of the institution, the work of volunteers staff and treat conditions of Ukrainian soldiers.

During the visit, Lithuanian delegation met with representatives of non-governmental Charitable Fund "Domohayemo". There was also a presentation of the main directions of its activity.
