No, the Honorary consulate doesn’t receive documents for visa. 

In order to apply for a visa to Lithuania , you should contact the appropriate Visa Center ( under your registration )

Visa Application Centre accepts requests for visa applicants who are officially registered or employed ( with a certificate from the employer / school of employment / training).

In consideration of the accepted application for a Schengen visa  the main country of destination should be only Lithuania.

List of documents for a Schengen visa:

1. Passport with blank pages for visa and a copy of its first page.

Attention ! Not accepted travel documents:

•  If it remains  3 months or less before the expiry ;
•  If the document was issued more than 10 years ago, the travel documents which validity was extended;

2. Ukraine passport and a copy of that pages, that have marks;

3. Application for a visa. Attention ! The questionnaire must contain  2 signatures;

4. A color photograph that corresponds to the age of the applicant, on a light background, 35×45 mm.

Attention ! Your photo should be  sticked to the questionnaire;

5. Medical insurance, the insurance amount not less than 30 thousand euros;

6. Certificate of employment . Attention ! There should be the document of the monthly salary received in the last 6 months.

For temporarily unemployed –  should be the bank account statement or traveler’s checks recently given in the amount of not less than EUR 40 per day of stay except deposit accounts.

For pensioners – issued the information or certificate received over the last 6 months. Pensions and retirement certificate (original and copy);

7. Date and number of the invitation or other document approved by the Service of Migration of Lithuania, if it is the agreement between the EU and Ukraine on the facilitation of issuance of visas.

Attention ! For those whose purpose is tourism  instead of as an invitation shoul provide:

• Hotel reservation , sent out by hotel fax (if traveling by car – proof of full payment of the hotel);
• Originals and copies of notes in both directions (in case of traveling by car – originals and copies of the green card, and the drivers license. Passport);
• Recent bank account statement or traveler’s checks in the amount of not less than EUR 40 per day of stay, excluding deposit accounts;

8. Consular fee – 35 euros ( term review 15 working days). Urgent review of documents – 70 euros (  term review 5 working days ).
