On May 11, 2017 Honorary Consul of Lithuania in Dnipro Vitaliy Pivnyak took part in the solemn ceremony, where the national Ukrainian and the European Union flags were hoisted. Colors of Ukraine and European Union were hung up on the windows of Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration. It was devoted to the decision of European Union about cancellation of visas for Ukrainian citizens. Flags will stay on the facade of the building till the 11th of June. It is a day when a decision on cancelation of visas will take effect.
