On November 15-16, 2018, Dnipro Economic Forum (DEF'2018) was held, a large-scale event in Ukraine aimed at establishing a constructive dialogue between national and international partners in the investment, innovation and economic spheres.
About 150 speakers and experts were invited to the forum, who were supposed to pursue key issues of state development. At the initiative of the Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania to Ukraine and the Honorary Consulate of Lithuania in Dnipro, Saulius Labutis, minister counsellor of the Embassy was invited to be one of the participants. In addition, there were: EU Ambassador to Ukraine Hugues Mingarelli, French Ambassador Isabelle Dumont, Senior Research Fellow of Centre for European Policy Studies Michael Emerson, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic, Jiři Havlíček.
