The Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Lithuania has been operating in our city for five years, which has a lot of significant work to its credit. Together with the Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania in Ukraine and the Government of Lithuania, the Honorary Consulate organized free treatment and rehabilitation of wounded Ukrainian fighters, training of students who left the ATO zone, celebration of the Days of Lithuania, the opening of Lithuanian Law Center, visit of honorary influential Lithuanian guests, training programme for medical staff and many other things.
The head of Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council Glib Prygunov, Vice-President of Dnipropetrovsk Chamber of Commerce Nina Aleknovich, advisor to Dnipro City Mayor Natalia Chernyshova, and the Consul of Lithuania in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea Sergiy Petrychenko visited the head of the Honorary Consulate the Dnipro Vitaliy Pivnyak to offer their congratulation. After a cup of coffee, the guests discussed further joint planning, thereby maintaining official and personal contacts for the benefit of the two countries.
