From the 1st till the 30th of April 2014 in the regional library has been opened the exhibition "Lithuania" : the cultural traditions of the people." The exhibition is dedicated to 300th anniversary of the birth of Kristionas Donilaytis. The youth of the city has the ability to get to know the literary works of famous Lithuanian artists, watch the film "Between the Dnieper and Neman" which became the best TV projects of 2012 in Lithuania. The film tells the story of ancient and modern Ukraine, Lithuanian cultural ties. Since the ancient times our people have been seeking for the united search of identity, the struggle for freedom and independence, and a similar fate of our nations. In the film acted Oleg Skripka, Vitaly Klitschko, Ukrainian and Lithuanian writers, journalists and linguists. Literary exhibition is decorated with children's art work from Petrykivsky School of Tatiana Paty.
