On February 10 th, 2015 the second group of eight students whose families migrated to Dniepropetrovsk from ATO zone, went to study to Vilnius Lithuanian house. Accompanied by a representative of the Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Lithuania in Dniepropetrovsk, students safely arrived to Vilnius.
According to the program of Lithuanian Government Ukrainian students will be studing during 2015 academic year for the curriculum that has been specifically designed for successful adaptation of them to the new conditions . Besides the teacher of the Ukrainian language, Lithuania also invited qualified psychologist from Dniepropetrovsk, who will conduct the additional activities for children from Ukrainian class and support their psychological health.
Total amount of Ukrainian children who had been invited by Lithuanian side is 15 students. The purpose of the program is to help Ukrainian families who are in difficulties due to terrible events in eastern part of Ukraine and support them by providing appropriate living conditions and to help their children in futher education.
