Embassy of Lithuania in Ukraine, currently acting as a NATO Contact Point Embassy, and Dnipropetrovsk Oles Honchar National University would like to invite students from Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava and Zaporizhia regions to apply for the Euroatlantic Youth Security Forum, which will be held on April 4-5, 2016 in Dnipropetrovsk (invitation in English, in Ukrainian).
The Forum will be dedicated to Euroatlantic Security and cover multiple topics related to it.
Day One: Students will take part in interactive discussions on changing global security environment, challenges that the contemporary world faces, NATO’s role in it, Ukraine’s security policy and NATO-Ukraine relations. They will have the possibility to discuss these important topics with the experts from NATO, Ukraine, Lithuania and other countries.
Day Two: Students will become real policy makers in the simulation of North Atlantic Council’s and NATO-Ukraine Commission’s meetings, where they will be familiarized with the decision making process in NATO.

Note that the organizers will cover meal costs for all the participants and accommodation expenses for students who are not resident in Dnipropetrovsk.
Languages of the Forum: English, Russian, Ukrainian.
The deadline for application is March 14, 2016.
Requirements for the applicants:
– Interest in international relations, security policy;
– Good knowledge of English language;
– Place of study: Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava and Zaporizhia regions.
