According to the agreements which have been achieved during the visit of the President of Lithuanian Republic Dalia Grybauskaite to Ukraine (December, 2014), concerning the free rehabilitation and the treatment for 50 Ukrainian militants which wounded in ATO zone, on August, 4, 2015, four fighters have been sent from Dniepropetrovsk to the Lithuanian resort “Druskininkai” .
Vitaliy Pivnyak, the Honorary consul of Lithuanian Republic, who assisted in preparation with all necessary documents for the opportunity for the soldiers to go to the European Union for the rehabilitation, and Vitaliy Lytvyn, the adviser of the Head of Dniepropetrovsk state regional administration have met the soldiers in the airport and wished them the soon recovery and rehabilitation.
From the beginning of 2015 30 militants have been departured for the rehabilitation. The total amount of our soldiers from Dniepropetrovsk region, who passed the course of the rehabilitation in the military resort of the the Defense Ministry of Lithuania "Druskikinkai" is now equal to the 46 persons.
