Some students and cadets of Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs (DSUIA) held an online meeting with students of Vytautas Magnus University (Kaunas, Lithuania).
The youth actively discussed the issues of distance education, leisure, international exchange, scientific events. Topics of volunteering and student self-government were also touched upon. In addition, during the meeting, everyone could join the exchange of views and ideas in Telegram-chat specially created for this goal. Students of Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs also invited Lithuanian colleagues to the summit and scientific-practical conferences, which are systematically initiated at the institution.
The youth of DSUIA provided details of the peculiarities of studying at the University and presented the city.
"This meeting is an internationalization of student communication. We strive to expand the boundaries of the student and cadet council and to establish relations between communities of higher education abroad. I am convinced that this will give an opportunity to implement interesting youth projects in the framework of international cooperation. We are talking about student exchange, and about useful youth programs, and about increasing the interest of our stakeholders in the educational process at the university, " Chairman of the council of student and cadet government – 4th year student Violetta Retz said.
