With this bright idea, and mostly, in anticipation of the celebration of 100th anniversary of Restoration of Lithuania, the Lithuanian community living in Kamyanske, headed by the leaders of Kamyanske Art School, Albertas and Henrietta Rozhe, hold a festival of Lithuanian-Ukrainian music "Skambus Saltinelis "
The Honorary Consulate of Lithuania in Dnipro has joined in the celebration. So, on December, 22 representatives of the consulate visited the exhibition of students of Pershudchev Art School and the open contest of family ensembles within the framework of the Festival.
"This is a wonderful event aimed to strengthen family relationships, educate young people with high moral and spiritual qualities, formate national and patriotic feelings," said Henrietta Rozhe.
10 families have participated in the contest and only 3 winners were chosen by the joint efforts of the audience and the jury to participate in the last concert of the Festival on February 2, 2018, where the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Lithuania to Ukraine, Marius Janukonis, is invited.
