On April 14, 2016 Madzhentys Darius – one of the most successful Lithuanian pianists of the young generation, winner of many international piano competitions, including the Virtuosi per musica di pianoforte (Czech, 1995), in Senigallia (Italy, 1996), in P'yetra- Ligure (Italy, 1997), Konzerteum (Greece, 1998), named after Stasys Vaynyunasa (2000), named after Arthur Rubinstein (France, 2003) and others, arrived to Dnepropetrovsk .
With the assistance of Vitaly Pivnyak, the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Lithuania in Dnipropetrovsk, was held the concert accompanied by the Academic Symphony Orchestra of the Conservatory named after M.Glinka.
