On April, 20 the Forum "50 shades of international studies" organized by Kaunas Vytautas Magnus University (VMU) was held in Dnipro. The VMU’s potential was represented by its employees, in particular Ms. Elen Plotnikova and Ms. Egle Januskeviciene – the Department of International Cooperation and also Prof. Dr. Saulius Pivoras and Lect. Justinas Juozaitis –
the Faculty of Political Science and Diplomacy.
The format of Forum was unique with 3 parallel activities all under one roof. A direct communication with representatives of the foreign university was the main event among them. Visitors were able to get competent and complete answers to the questions which to them were the special interesting ones. The conditions of entry, study, accommodation, costs and expenses, scholarships, career prospects and others were discussed.
Besides it was organized the English Language test and advice on occupational guidance for prospective students, Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Lithuania consulted on visa support.
Thus, presenting the opportunities of international studies, the Forum has become a convenient platform on which future students, parents, representatives of institutions and experts could share their knowledge, experiences, thoughts and experiences with Lithuanian scientists.
